3. Account Registration and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security incident.

4. Use of the Services

You agree not to misuse the Services. For example, you must not:

• Send spam, unlawful, harmful, or deceptive messages.
• Violate third-party rights, including privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to access or disrupt systems, accounts, or data without authorization.
• Use the Services in a way that violates WhatsApp/Meta policies or other platform rules.

5. Customer Data and Compliance

If you use Convervo to communicate with your customers, you are responsible for obtaining required consents, providing notices, and complying with applicable laws and platform policies.

6. AI Features

The Services may generate automated outputs. You are responsible for reviewing outputs where appropriate. Convervo does not guarantee that AI outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.

7. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payment

If the Services are offered on a paid basis, fees, billing cycle, and applicable taxes will be described at purchase. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party services (e.g., messaging platforms, calendars). Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property

Convervo and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, including software, branding, and content. You retain rights to your own content and data, subject to the permissions needed to provide the Services.

10. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue the Services at any time. We will try to provide notice when reasonable.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services and users.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Convervo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Convervo harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Singapore, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
